Was doing some late night u-toobing last night (with the intention of getting an early night) after being recommended to listen to Michael Kiwanuka. 2 Hours later and 3 EP's down I was still listening. This dude is pretty unknown to the scene but I would imagine that will all change soon. I am personally a big fan of his old-style soulful vocals which for some reason make me think of the Coen Brothers 'O Brother Where Art Thou'.
If you're slow starting today and want to unwind and put your feet up for a few hours Michael Kiwanuka is your man!
